There are many ways to attack enemies in Tears of the Kingdom, but sometimes you just need a tank to break through defenses and crush Ganon’s forces. Today I’m going to compile a list of the best tanks to build and share them with you, so you can autobuild these destructive vehicles via Zelda Notes in Tears of the Kingdom.
I’ll be sharing the QR codes for each build today. All you need is Tears of the Kingdom on Switch 2, the Nintendo Switch App for iOS and Android, and make sure you’re version of Tears of the Kingdom is hooked up to Zelda Notes. Then all you need to do is scan the code you’ll find on screen, and you’ll be able to add this build into your game, so you can use any of these flyign machines you see here.
Without any delay, let’s get into the most incredible flying machines in Tears of the Kingdom.
Simple Tank
This first one is a Simple Tank build. We have both lasers and cannons, so it’s nice and destructive. The only issue with this one is you aren’t very protected, so if enemies mount some offensive or try to fight back then Link can be exposed to the danger. With both lasers and cannons, enemies are going to regret getting in your way. Thanks to Kishiro for this build.

Marauder Tank
Next we have the Marauder Tank. This offers much better protection for Link, as he’s boxed in with this Tank design. This one has lasers on the front and the back of the vehicle, offering multiple laser beam damage, which is not going to please your enemies when you break into their base and run them all down. Given the protection this offers you can also ram into enemies and it’s relatively difficult to tip over. It’s fairly high on energy consumption, so that’s something to be aware of, but this is a nice upgrade over the Simple Tank, even though you don’t have cannons on this one. Thanks to Zhujzal for this build.

Stone Rhino
Next we have the Stone Rhino. This encases Link in Stone Slabs, keeping him safe from harm, plus we have the cannon and laser beam combination. This one is nice and heavy too, which is good for running over enemies and using this like a battering ram. All in all this is a very dangerous Tank, and definitely one I would recommend if you want to wreck some of Ganondorf’s forces around Hyrule. Thanks to Zhujzal for this build.

Armoured Tank
This next one is quick, and feels similar to a motorcycle design. You have lasers on this one, rather than the laser and cannon combination. It’s not that easy to control, but what it lacks in ease of use definitely makes up for it when it comes to speed. This also means you can batter into enemies, crushing them and their friends with ease. If they aren’t dead after running them down, then the lasers will finish them off.

Five Headed Turret Tank
This next build is a Five Headed Turret Tank. It packs a punch when it comes to lasers, plus it’s nice and easy to control. Thanks to Osh Kosh Ganache for this build.

Easy ATV
Next we have the Easy ATV. This is similar to the Five Headed Turret Tank although it feels like it packs a little more punch. Thanks to Osh Kosh Ganache for this build.

Tiny Tank
Next we have the Tiny Tank, which is a compact design, good for speed and getting in and out of tight spaces. Given it’s size it can be nimble, meaning you can drive over enemies nice and easily. The block also gives Link solid protection when being attacked from close range, so it’s possible to go toe to toe with big enemies. The laser will take care of the damage, and you can crash into enemies to finish them off. Thanks to Osh Kosh Ganache for this build.

Classic Tank
Finally, we have the classic tank. This is what we are here for. This one looks like a Tank, feels like a tank, and there’s nothing more satisfying than driving around Hyrule in this thing. It has a powerful cannon on the front, with the signature tank-style shooting mechanism. It’s a joy to drive, and satisfying when you take out groups of enemies. Just be careful not to shoot yourself out of the tank. Thanks to Keke Play for this build.
